Scheduling / coordinating / Customer Care - 20hrs pw [Australia]


 

We are looking for a Customer Care Administrator with Scheduling experience to join our team - Based in Castle hill

5 x 4hour shift Mon - Fri

Job details:

  • Processing Customer supplied products in accordance with our management system
  • Coordination experience
  • Organising / Scheduling Mobile Technicians
  • Maintaining communication with Technicians and Customers
  • Maintain records on the database
  • Organise 3rd party requirements and follow ups
  • Maintain high level of customer service with communication and support
  • Work in conjunction with our team to maximize customer satisfaction and compliance
  • WHS systems
  • Carrying out tasks allocated by our customer care manager

The right person:

  • Able to work 5 days - 9am-1PM
  • Punctual and Organised
  • Can handle themselves well under pressure
  • Car and drivers license
  • Has experience in a similar role (Min 2 years)
  • Available ASAP

Pays:
Starting 32.50ph
Pays are done Weekly
