Ageo Plant Quality–Supplier Quality of Plant Engineering
Department : Supplier Quality (BP31500)
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
The staff is responsible for Supplier Quality target and KPI’s related Cab &Vehicle Assembly UDTO. (Scope for all supplier issues)

Contribute to define clear way of working and build network in UDTO, UDTT, UDTP.Deliver the clear outcome according to the decided objectives and strategy.
本業務はUDT生産部門のサプライヤー品質目標とKPIの関連するCab＆Vehicle Assemblyの責任を果たす役割である。（部品起因の不具合全てをスコープとする）
生産部門、開発部門、購買部門間で部門横断的な連携を図り、部品品質改善に繋げる
決められた目的及び戦略に従って明確な結果を提供する
RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
As position holder, you will:
Secure the needed cross-functional interfaces with UDTO, UDTT, UDTP, Supplier, etc.
Drive all necessary actions to improve product parts quality by each roles(commodity).
Follow up parts quality improvement in C&VA operation.
Report issues and deviations to the leader(Sokatsu) or manager.
Handle for cost tracking, reporting and controlling. (Charge back to supplier)
Following supplier parts quality competencies:
Follow up Inspection report & 8D report. Promote to prevent recurrence.
Well-understanding of UD trucks parts drawing.
Engineering system and tool (Drawing: KOLA, Windchill)
Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
Others
生産部門、開発部門、購買部門並びに部品サプライヤーなどとの横断的な連携窓口の一人となる
部品品質を向上させるために必要なアクション（改善、再発防止）を担当として推進する
車両・車体製造部門の部品に関わる品質改善をサポート
工場内での品質問題や部品不具合において総括またはマネージャーへの報告
品質ロスコストの把握, 報告及び管理(サプライヤーへの費用請求)
サプライヤー部品品質担当に必要な能力
不具合情報と適切にサプライヤーに伝えて、その再発防止活動を推進できる
UDトラックスの部品図面が理解できる
社内技術系システム(社内図面管理:KOLA, Windchill)が活用できる（できようになる）
マイクロソフトOffice (Excel, PowerPoint)を活用できる

AUTHORITIES FOR DECISION MAKING
Lead the supplier quality improvement to secure production quality level.
Participate in global network meeting to pull necessary information and take action to deploy global solution in UDT.
サプライヤー品質改善を主導し、生産品質レベルを確保する
グローバルネットワークミーティングに参加し、必要な情報を引き出し、UDT内の問題解決に必要な情報展開とアクションを実行する
REPORTING / OPERATING ARRANGEMENTS
This position reports to the section leader (or manager) of Supplier Quality- UDTO-Ageo Plant.

QUALIFICATIONS
University/Master’s Degree or equivalent
