WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
You will be working in a creative and dynamic team. Visualise, developing and materialise stunning ideas for interior design spaces will be the centre of your responsibilities, working with different stakeholders across the DO & CO business to design, plan and execute the best and most exclusive events and hospitality spaces, giving close attention to retail trends and being commercially aware. You will be expected to use 3D modelling, rendering software, a high level of post-production photoshop and hand sketching skills.
- Collaborate with the Special Projects teams with visualization of DO & CO gastronomy and event spaces around the world
- Support DO & CO new hospitality ventures with renderings and internal visualizations as well as a photo-realistic presentation on how the final product/space will look once completed
- Liaise and support project managers in the manufacturing processes, site execution, procurement and communication with contractors
- Perform 2D and 3D technical drawings in AUTOCAD and 3D Studio Max (space planning, layouts, floor plans)
- Join forces with the broader DO & CO creative team to develop concepts, create mood boards/look & feel/presentations, photomontages & collages
- Work closely with our In-house architects, multiple design and marketing teams and operational stakeholders on the delivery of various projects for DO & CO brands
- Creation and maintenance of 3D library
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3 years of relevant work experience in high-profile and premium brands
- Excellent knowledge of SketchUp (render software Vray), Photoshop, AutoCAD, and 3DS Max (Advantage).
- Knowledge of freehand sketches is an advantage
- Presentation with a high level of details
- Excellent three-dimensional understanding, an extraordinary sense of space, atmosphere, materials and design
- Self-motivated, and capable of self-direction
- Passion for details, materialisation and visualization
- Highest quality standards, excellent time management
- Ability to work in a team

The minimum monthly salary for this position is € 2500 gross (All In) for 40 hours/week. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, overpayment is possible.
