Join our team if you:- Are a professional with 1-2 years of experience in similar roles with Bachelor's degree in human sciences, foreign languages (or law, finance, tax or accounting would be a plus).
- Have a strong computer skill including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT).
- Fluency in English, thorough knowledge and experience in translation and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Have a mature and proper approach of confidential information, strong social skills, with a flexible attitude.
- Are a natural solution-provider, managing his/her workload in an efficient and structured manner.
- Can manage time effectively and have proven ability to prioritize when there are conflicting priorities to ensure key projects meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain composure and efficiency while working with phone calls and constant interruptions.

- Assist in key projects as appropriate and partnerships and provide selective support to direct staff and others in the organization as needed.
- Handle the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations and other materials.
- Respond to inquiries and requests from various stakeholders.
- Analyzing the documents received from our clients to assure the conformity with internal regulation and archive them properly.
- Can write/translate basic documents (correspondence, proposals) - proofreads, checks for grammar, spelling, etc. in English and local language.
- Types correspondence, reports, labels, story notes, etc., for supervisor's review and signature.
- Work with managers to ensure billing occurs in timely manner and that project scope changes are considered and accounted for.
- Handling department correspondence, monitors and manage office inventory and logistics as needed.
- Manage calendar and travel to help drive maximum effectiveness, all while coordinating complex travel arrangements and successfully handling last minute changes.
- Availability to go to local Public Institutions with different documents.
- Adheres to Grant Thornton document standards, understand our service offerings and actively identifies opportunities to serve clients better.
- Performs other related duties and projects as assigned, meets all internal deadlines. What we offer:
