Job Description:
TODAY BREAD is looking for an admin / office person to join our team and help our team develop and thrive.
The job will be a sweet mix of Finance (invoices), HR (collecting staff info), Office (printing) and admin (managing wholesale orders), so you dont get bored!
You need to be enthusiastic, organised, a people person and good with numbers. We are a small bakery with a small staff so you will have plenty of room to grow.
Ideally you have experience in working with spreadsheets (Google Docs) and bookkeeping (Quickbooks). If necessary training can be done.
Some of the work can be done remotely if necessary.
Responsibilities:
FINANCE
Collecting, Checking + attributing invoices (QB)
Raising wholesale & other invoices - weekly
Checking staff hours
Organising PAYE + holidays and staff information for Book Keeper
Monitoring sales and expenses
Match payments to invoices in QB
HR
Collect and organise New staff documents & information, training, checking progress
Creating staff training manual & workflow + creating solutions to monitor progress
Collect all legal information for new staff + Organise staff contracts
Make staff informations is up to date
Keep internal blog and staff manual updated
WHOLESALE
Managing wholesale orders
Job Type: Part-time
