We're currently looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. This position requires the ability to anticipate needs and offer solutions to any problems with a smile on your face. You have to think two steps ahead and always have a back-up plan. Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, we rely on the Executive Assistant to be flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-quality systems and operations. They are often the executive's "right-hand person" who enables them to advance company initiatives and goals.
What You'll Do:

- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that CEO' priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
- Providing administrative and organizational support to the CEO (mails, invoices, etc.)
- Maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel (may include domestic and international) arrangements. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO, company and the public. This includes managing the CEO's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters, answering a variety of questions with tact and diplomacy, taking messages, and directing appropriately for resolution
- Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication of projects and programs managed by the CEO Office and work closely with our Office Managers
- Schedule departmental meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials
- Determine priority of matters of attention for the CEO; redirect matters to stakeholders, or handle matters personally, as appropriate
- Keep the CEO advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up
- Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties
What We Expect From You:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or other relevant administrative support experience, preferably in SaaS company
- Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of sophisticated meetings and multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Comfortable interacting with high-level executives
- Resourceful, can-do attitude
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills in English, Czech and German
- In-depth understanding of entire G suite, Slack, Zoom (or ability to learn those quickly)
- Driving license and willingness to travel
- Understanding of Spendesk, Airtable, Confluence is very welcome
