Project Admin (室内装修工程助理) [Singapore]


 

Responsibilities :

  • Issue invoices and quotations
  • Sales invoices and purchase invoices filing and efiling
  • Project documents managing and filing
  • Need to learn different materials ( plywood, laminate, hardware…) and place order from suppliers
  • Managing workers' working hours/ leave record
  • Prepare pre show and po show report for each project
  • Managing claim sheet
  • Company website management
  • Other ad-hoc assigned by managers
  • Working hour: 8:30am - 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)

Requirements :

  • Preferred candidate to have good comprehension in Mandarin as managers speaks Mandarin primarily
  • At-least 1 years of experience in admin or similar role
  • Proficient in MS Excel/ Powerpoint/ Word
  • Organized, meticulous and analytical
  • Independent and ability to work under pressure
  • Has passion in learning and fast learner
