- Directly collaborate with the CEO, offering essential support in day-to-day responsibilities
- Finance: Supporting grant submissions & fundraising, monitoring current funding programs, reporting
- HR & Operations: Recruiting & administration
- Business Development: Planning and creating growth initiatives, CRM management
- Owning and executing strategic projects
- Degree in economics, finance or related fields
- \ >3yrs experience within a fast-paced environment (e.g. startups, strategy consulting)
- Preferably with a proven track record of funding execution and business development activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Well-structured mindset with entrepreneurial thinking
- Fluent in English and German
- Working closely with the founders team
