About the role at Freedom Berwick Retirement Village:
- Casual Role, with the opportunity to pick up more shifts at neighbouring villages
- Assisting our team with planned and unplanned leave. Shifts would vary from AM, PM and Night Duty!
- You will work as part of a team providing safe and effective personal care, tailored to the resident's needs
- Ensure all residents receive kind, caring and respectful personal care that supports their choice and independence
- Provide assistance to the residents and community with tasks including (but not limited to): medical & personal support, domestic cleaning and general admin duties
About you:
- Certificate 3 in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support, Health Services Assistance or equivalent (required)
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate (required)
- Current Police Check clearance (don't have one? We will organise for you!)
- Passionate Carer with excellent people & communication skills
- Trustworthy, reliable & enjoy working in a team environment
- Fully vaccinated against COVID 19 as per relevant state guidelines
